This "client first" philosophy has always been our approach and it requires us to continually improve our skills and ways of doing business. In addition, we've found that the latest technologies are enabling us to do everything we've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. Becky Barber is the Professional answer to the perfect real estate agent. She pays attention to detail, is very thorough in meeting needs and yet compassionate about the clients she serves. She is also a very busy Mother, Grandmother and Wife but yet has the time to care and take time for everyone else in her business. Becky has been licensed since 2000 and has already seen the Real Estate Market with its’ ups’ and downs’. Although she herself has never served in the Military, she has family that has. Her Grandfather was in the Marines during World War II, her grandson entered the Navy in March 2017 and a granddaughter entering the Navy in 2018. Serving the Real Estate needs of our Military men and women is an honor, as she is proud to be an American, and to support our Military who protect our country and its’ citizens.
Becky has lived in the Dallas Metroplex most of her life and now calls East Texas her home. She has lived in the same area previously and owned Steel Magnolias, a premier and successful Hair/Nails/Tanning Salon on Trade Days Blvd in Canton, Texas. After retiring in 1999 and selling the business, she moved to the Frisco/North Texas area, obtained her real estate license and has worked in the industry since May 2000. She has become certified in many Relocation organizations to include Better Homes and Gardens, Cartus Global Relocation and worked with USAA, Navy Federal Credit Union, In House Realty (Quicken Loans) and several other Affinity Relocation Programs. Becky also worked in the Tyler Texas area for about a year and a half and worked with retirees.
In addition, Becky has worked with hundreds of REO, Foreclosures and Short Sales having been certified with the Five Star Institute, the most highly recognized organization known for these type properties. She has also been certified as a CDPE, Certified Distressed Property Expert.

Ron Barber, Realtor®, was licensed in the State of Texas as a salesperson in 1977 and later obtaining his Texas Broker license. He has owned and managed multiple offices at a number of national franchises over the years. Ron brings a deep level of expertise to the real estate industry that is critical to successfully “navigating” the waters of residential real estate in today’s environment. Although known for his experience in the industry, Ron prides himself more on being known for his integrity, work ethic and uncompromising support of agents who have called him their broker and to his clients.
Ron Barber’s enthusiasm for creating agent partners through various Realty Partner Programs is contagious. He understands the needs of agents and has put his focus on coaching agents in setting goals and training for success. He is also certified to teach Continuing Education to Texas licensed agents, so his knowledge of the real estate industry runs deep.
Now, the most passionate part of his business is helping his clients. “Our clients should be receiving the best representation in the industry. They should come first and be treated with the utmost professionalism and respect. Each client has a different level of knowledge in real estate, so we as licensed real estate professionals should analyze and customize each action plan for our sellers and buyers.” So, his philosophy is simple. Ron has worked with many different areas of the real estate industry. Some of these include REO/Foreclosures, Short Sales, Investment Properties, Commercial Sales/Leasing and hundreds of Residential, Land and Farm listings and sales. He has also been certified in a number of fields to include REO, Short Sales, New Home Specialist, Relocation (USAA, Navy Federal C.U., Cartus Relocation and others), He has worked with First Time Homebuyers, Retirees, Active and Retired Military, etc….
Markets change and Ron Barber has seen many of these first hand. He has seen interest rates at 16.5% all the way to 2.5%. He has SOLD pre-owned to new construction homes. He has SOLD lots and represented buyers having new homes built on the lots. Residential leasing and commercial leasing. He’s even project managed building new office space for a large Information Technology company in other states.
